Lista Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 16, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of Lista ("the app"), developed by Tomatique, Lda. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Portugal.

By using the app, you agree to these terms. These terms are supplementary to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app. In the event of any conflict, Apple's agreement shall prevail.

Use of the App

The app is available to users of all ages. You may use the app for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.

Subscriptions

Lista Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store. For billing inquiries, refund requests, or to manage your subscription, please contact Apple or use your device's subscription settings.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app. You are responsible for the content you store and share through the app.

When using shared lists, you agree not to share content that is unlawful or infringes on the rights of others.

iCloud

The app stores your data in your personal iCloud account. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the app — including its design, graphics, and trademarks — remain with Tomatique, Lda. Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights to its intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomatique, Lda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Links to Other Resources

The app and its website may contain links to external sites or services not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party resources.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the app at any time.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
