FAQ
Using Lista
Yes. Filter by Today, Starred, or Scheduled across everything, inside a single space, or within one list. There are no tags to manage and no searches to save — nothing to configure. You see only what matters, nothing else.
Yes. Share any list with your partner, your family, or the people close to you, and you can all work on it together. Changes sync to everyone in real time. Assign items so everyone knows what's theirs. You can start sharing with Messages, Mail, or a link.
Lista is built for sharing with the people close to you — a partner, your family, a household, or a close collaborator — not for team workflows. There are no comment threads or activity feeds. If you want one organized, shared place for the people in your life, that's what Lista is for.
Yes. Give any item a date, and set it to repeat on a schedule or after you complete it.
Yes. Set a date and time, and Lista notifies you when it's due — on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Yes — items or text. On any device, drag items in from another app like Reminders, or drag in text from a message, a note, or a web page. On Mac, you can also copy and paste. Multiple lines of text become separate items, and Lista understands Markdown.
Yes. On any device, drag items out to another app like Reminders, or into a message, an email, or a note. On Mac, you can also copy and paste. They go as Markdown, so your structure comes along.

No. Lista is built exclusively for Apple devices — iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Privacy and your data
No. Lista uses your own iCloud, so there's no separate account to create.
Yes. Lista keeps your data on your device, so it works without an iCloud account — but syncing across your devices and sharing lists both need iCloud, so they stay unavailable until you sign in.
Yes. Lista works fully offline — your changes are saved on your device right away. When you're back online, it gets everything back in sync.
Syncing pauses, but nothing is lost. Your data stays safe on your device, and as soon as you free up iCloud space, Lista resumes syncing on its own.
Your data lives in your own iCloud account, never on a server of ours. It stays yours, invisible to us.
Yes. Anytime, from Settings → Data & Privacy, export everything to JSON, Markdown, or CSV — your data is always yours to take with you.
Plans and pricing

Is Lista for you?
Lista has not been designed with ADHD in mind. Even so, some of what it offers might help.
Lista is a clear, trusted place to keep everything you need to do, so you don't have to hold it all in your head. Items stay organized by where they actually live — in their spaces, lists, and sections — so you always know what something is and where it came from. Contextual scope filters let you narrow to what's relevant in the moment, which helps reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed.
And when plans change, overdue items simply stay with you instead of turning into alarms, and rescheduling is a quick drag or a multi-select away. Instead of a rigid daily plan, Lista favors flexibility and visibility into what's on your plate — though some users with ADHD might prefer the structure of a fixed schedule, which isn't how Lista works.
